About ENCU

Encouragement Now Counseling University (ENCU) trains students to effectively and efficiently impart Christian counseling and help communities find healing. ENCU is interested in finding those who are called to help people find God’s hope through emotional, psychological, and spiritual healing and recovery.

ENCU’s integrated approach utilizes a Biblical Foundation, Holistic Psychology and Medical Sciences. Our students will learn cognitive restructuring, and homeopathic and naturopathic approaches. We draw on evidence-based psychological models that treat the mind, motions, relationships and body as deeply connected. We also incorporate insights from neuroscience and medical research including mind management neuroplasticity. Courses take place online by trained professionals who specialize in psychological and theological fields.

We partner with Pastors to identify individuals who are gifted in counseling, who we can train, who can help become the backbone of a Pastoral Care Ministry.
