Kevin has a Master’s degree in Professional Mental Health Counseling and is a Licensed Professional Counselor with 20 years of counseling experience, counselor training, and supervision. He is accomplished in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, and Solution-Oriented Brief Therapy. Kevin is also an ordained Pastor and author of Love Counseling.
Vice President of Operations & Donor Relations
Joseph Ferreira is the Vice President of Operations and Donor Relations for Encouragement Now Ministries.
He has been an Associate Pastor of a church in South Carolina since 2018 and has also served prior to that in lay ministry for 22 years. Joseph worked in telecommunications for 18 years before pastoring, where he developed the skills he now has today, to help the people and ministries he cares for.
Joseph’s passion is to learn more about God’s Word and apply it to his life to better help others.
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Jessica Dixon is a licensed clinical social worker in North Carolina and has 6+ years of experience. She received her Master’s Degree in Social Work at Winthrop University. Jessica works with children, adolescents, and adults and has a range of experience of working with people who have depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, life transitions, growing in spirituality, etc. Jessica uses cognitive behavioral therapy, strengths based practice, and a person centered approach with her clients.

Head Accountant of ENM
Pia Hill is the Ministry Accountant for Encouragement Now. Pia has a degree in Liberal Arts and Early Childhood Education, with an emphasis on Special Education.
She has 33 years of financial experience in tax preparation for non-profit organizations, and corporations, along with skills in bookkeeping and accounting, and is a QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
Her mission is to provide God’s children with the love and compassion that God has intended for her to give along with helping others to salvation.
